A home-grown Bay Area kid, Caitlin lived as a child in the foothills of Stanford University with her father and their two cats Pinky(white) and Ouzo(black); frequently outside and in the midst of the wild deer and cougars that lived in the mountains. Caitlin often went back and forth between her mother's house in Mountain View and father's house in Palo Alto, giving plenty of time and living space for animals of all kinds. Over a span of 22 years she has grown up living with seven cats, five dogs, six birds, a rat, and twelve snakes. A graduate of Fremont High School, Caitlin continues her education, as the economy allows, at De Anza College focusing on English and Psychology. Caitlin has constantly been a fanatic of dogs and horses throughout her life, training these passions through volunteer vocation with the San Francisco Humane Law Enforcement Unit, working with mistreated American Staffordshire Terriers (Pit Bulls) for the city by the bay through the Give A Dog A Bone Program, and working at numerous ranches in Los Altos, Half Moon Bay, and Sonoma. She previously worked in Sunnyvale at the Banfield Pet Hospital, Petsmart Doggy Day Care, and was offered a position at Downtown Dogs in San Jose. Caitlin presently lives in Sunnyvale with her two Huskies "Eve" and "Skipper", her rescue cat "Sasha", and her Brazilian Rainbow Boa "Lucian". She expects to always work with animals since it has brought such happiness to her life for so long.
